A depressed man was about to do something stupid. His last hope was to converse with Him about his final decision. When he entered the church, he was not alone. 

He used a space in a corner where no one was around. There he exposed all of his sufferings and frustrations. No one was there. No one answered. No one cares, he concluded. Before he stood up, he noticed an envelop on the floor. Curious, of course, so he opened it up, and this is what he read. 

The music is by Four Tet. The title is called "Unspoken."

Note: I recorded this late at night after my work. I messed up the middle parts, but I'll edit that later. Lesson learned: always save your work in advance! You'll never when your laptop might crash. For now, this will do.

If you're an endurance athlete, you probably experience the wall - that moment in the race when you're pushing yourself really hard and your body just tells you, "Enough. You can't go on." The same can be said for strength trainers too - you're lifting a weight that's been easy before, but now feels too heavy to complete. So you wonder if it's maybe your body telling you you've had enough, and it's time for a rest.

My guest today has written a book that focuses on recent research regarding mind over muscle - how we can push ourselves beyond what we think we're capable of by using a few neurological principles. Loved being at Danny Morel's "Relentless" talk, chatting about everything from Real Estate to figuring out&nbsp;exactly where your attention should be focused to get the most out of your marketing. The Q&amp;A section here was great, and a lot of the questions were relatable on every level. I'm not saying that there's no benefit in pursuing further education, just that the system isn't running at what it should be. The amount of knowledge I gained going to college, and school for that matter wasn't related to learning about business, but it was learning about people. ;)

When you're at your lowest, or off your high peak, or tripped up and made a mistake there's no other option than to get back up on your horse and go - and that's one of the key lessons off this FIRE IG live I did in Aspen, CO last week.
