I recorded in the silence of the nights, with headphones on my neck and a voice that was bursting to get out.

- where I laughed so as not to break down
- where I looked at the ceiling and tried to understand what was next.

I did not chase trends, did not copy someone else.
I just made my own sound.
There is pain, chaos, frenzy and awareness — all mixed up.
