Shaped by the words of Steinbeck's classic novella 
Of Mice and Men,this project brings together nine jazz musicians to perform a suite of 7 original compositions inspired by themes, characters and events in the book. Through composed and improvised sections the nonet will bring to life the imagery and events depicted by John Steinbeck.
