CHALK are a new Indie Electronica band based in London. Having played as separate singer-songwriters on the acoustic gig scene for some time, Josh and Jonny decided to join forces and write music influenced by some of their favourite electronic artists. Likened to James Blake, Alt-J and MGMT, CHALK bring a fresh approach to the DJ and Electronica scene, incorporating looping, synth effects and vocal processing in their set along with highly singable hooks and choruses.

Rory Ingham is a 20 year old jazz trombonist, educator, composer and arranger based in London. He was recently nominated for Rising Star in the British Jazz Awards, and was voted as a runner-up in the Trombonist of The Year category by a public vote, also in the British Jazz Awards. 

He has played with internationally-acclaimed musicians such as Elliot Mason, Dennis Rollins, Rick Taylor, Soweto Kinch, Newton Faulkner, Liane Carroll, and Dave Liebman. He has performed at prestigious venues/festivals across the UK and Europe, including Ronnie Scott's, 606 Club, the Vortex, Spice of Life, London Jazz Festival, Royal Festival Hall, Barbican Hall, Leeds 02, Band on the Wall, Abbey Road Studios, Bridgewater Hall, Royal Albert Hall, and most recently the Bimhuis, Amsterdam, where he was a featured soloist. 

In 2014, Rory set up the award-winning band Jam Experiment that have played at many high-profile British jazz festivals, and are releasing their debut album in 2017! 

He is currently studying jazz at the Royal Academy of Music in London. He plays regularly with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra, and the National Youth Jazz Orchestra. Rory is proud to be endorsed by Michael Rath Trombones.

Multi-instrumentalist, composer and bandleader Lucas Pino has quickly established himself as one of the most sought after voices of his generation. Pino has been called a “...high wire act of musical textures and technique...” - Carmel DeSoto, jazzpolice.com; and “...all huge range, controlled ferocity, fleet notes and articulate expression” - Geoff Chapman, Toronto Star.
Pino composes for and leads the No Net Nonet, his own ensemble featuring a selection of New York City’s best young musicians. The nonet’s debut record is due out late 2014.The No Net Nonet can be seen regularly at Smalls Jazz Club, New York City’s premiere jazz club, where they have held a residency since June 2013. 

A featured sideman in many groups, Lucas records and tours with acts Rafal Sarnecki, Gideon van Gelder and Jeremy Siskind among many others. Emusic.com named Siskind’s “Finger-Songwriter” one 2012’s best Albums. “On sax, Lucas Pino is drifting smoke, and on clarinet, a brooding melancholia” - Dave Sumner, emusic.com.
