Inspired by my trip to Awakenings Festival, this mix will to take you through a progressive journey including House, Hard Groove, Peak Time, Raw, Acid, Hard and Industrial Techno, finishing with Schranz.

This mix was recorded live from Reaktor's Katharsis event in 2017.  For those that don't know, Katharsis happens once a year and is dedicated to the faster, harder and more industrial side of techno.  This was my entire 3 hour set from that night.

Over the last few years we have built a steady relationship doing events together and sharing our passion for this music.  We are teaming up once again for ADE 2018 and releasing this mix as a thank you to all our followers and supporters.

I’m a Melbourne based artist going by the name of RED IVY who composes exciting new mixes and puts together inspiring playlists.

I’ve gained much inspiration and respect for the DJ’s and ravers who make the rave scene such a pure and enriching experience where I believe it is a place of gathering for likeminded people to set themselves free on the dance floor to the rhythmic melody’s of EDM music. 

I wish to share my music taste with the world, whether it be live on the decks in the fusion of Hard and Dark Techno with tasteful notes of Hardcore, or through my exploration of EDM genres through my mix’s and playlists, it’s all about uniting through music.

My music journey though the years, and exploration of EDM genre’s has allowed me to become a versatile artist in the EDM music world, also sharing genre’s of House, Gabber, Hardstyle and PSY Trance.
