"Starting Over" (demo v2)

Made and played by me on August 16 and September 12, 2024, using sounds e.g. from Yamaha Montage 8 (TX816 Electric Piano), Keyscape (Roland MKS-20 EP sound), Arturia Jup-8 V and UVI SonicPass (Emulator II, Marcato Strings sound).

Edited a little on September 12, 2024 (changed melody a bit & added and modified some chords, added some chorus etc.). Mastered with Ozone 11 on September 12, 2024.

I'm also working on an instrumentalized version. Also, this song could maybe use some lyrics, and it is still something I have to look into. All comments would be more than welcome, especially regarding the melody (it seems that good melodies are pretty challenging to develop).

As two sources of inspiration here I could name Luis Miguel's versions of the songs "Toda una vida" (by the great Osvaldo Farrés) and "Ese momento" (by the great Armando Manzanero).

Daniela Spadini is an Italian pianist and composer, she studied classical piano from a young age. Her passion for the piano began when she was only two years old and at the age of 7 she began her musical journey with two different teachers. Constant study leads her to take some exams at the conservatory “G.B. Pergolesi”.
 
The sudden death of her teacher with whom he had built up a great affection, leaves an indelible mark on her life which also affects the continuation of her studies. She abandoned the classical studies and became a chorister in the polyphonic choir dedicated to dear teacher and she had the opportunity to give concerts in Italy and in Europe.
 
In 2014 She began a new musical journey approaching modern composers and began writing her original compositions. She has collaborated with Italian and foreign artists and she performed in piano-bar and pubblic exibitions. One of her composition “Tango lento” be used in a few dance school.
 
Some of her compositions have been used to create advertising videos.

Slovak folk-rock-jazz-pop band. Since 1986, we are trying to put together poems and our musical impressions. We know just one kind of music, that one, which is touching your heart and soul, and maybe even healing it. No matter which language are you speaking, everyone who can can feel this message, is wellcome.
