The album is releasing Jan31/Feb 1, and coincides with a special headline show at London’s King’s Place on the same day.
The band have also just announced a run of UK and European dates in March.

Après avoir réinterprété les thèmes de Jennifer Lopez et de Mylène Farmer au piano, Joseph Schiano di Lombo sort les premiers morceaux de son cru, destinés à nos meilleurs amis les chiens, qu’ils soient de compagnie, de berger, d’aveugle ou d’avalanche. Composé avec malice, maniérisme et un certain flair, son premier disque « Musique de niche » est un chant d’amour grand public non seulement adressé aux toutous, mais à toutes et tous leurs camarades bipèdes. 
 
Toujours au clavier, mais pas de piano cette fois. À la place, une flopée de timbres chaleureux, joueurs et mélancoliques qui rendent hommage aux virtuoses de la tendresse, à mi-chemin entre l’ambient subtil et les soundtracks de téléfilms surannés. 
Plusieurs épisodes de la vie des chiens y passent : les songes des chiots, les balades dans les forêts sans fins de l’Amérique du Nord, les longs après-midi de siestes dans la maison vide, sans oublier (car il en faut toujours un peu, quand même) une brève page de publicité pour croquettes low price. 
 
Premier extrait de ce journal canin, « Caresses (Always Too Short) », est une courte (trop courte) papouille digitale qui nous plonge dans la reverb et les synthétiseurs d’un pelage de rêve. Comme un poil de chien sur la soupe après de longs mois sans cajoleries, voilà de quoi enchanter les fêtes. Le disque complet devrait quant à lui pointer le bout de son museau au printemps 2021 chez Cracki Records.

Joseph signera ainsi son premier Ep, également le premier de la nouvelle série « Elephant dreams » initiée par le label. Cette série limitée mettra en avant différents artistes qui offriront non pas de la musique pour danser et s’amuser, mais de la musique à écouter (pour une fois), s’évader et rêver. Pour cette première sortie, Joseph y propose un opus destiné à nos amis les chiens. L’artiste touche-à-tout installe ainsi posément sa griffe d’amuseur délicat.

After a reinterpretation of Jennifer Lopez and Mylène Farmer themes’ on the piano, Joseph Schiano di Lombo releases his first personal music pieces, designed for Human's best friend, whether they are pet, sheep dog, guide dog or rescue dog. His first record "Musique de Niche"  is composed with malice, mannerism and a particular flair. It is a broad public love song to doggies but also to their bipedal companions, made with a keyboard - no piano this time. Instead, a whole lot of warm-hearted timbres, playful and melancholic, partly fine ambient and partly old-fashioned TV movies soundtracks paying tribute to those masters of tenderness. Different stages of a dog's life are told : puppies dreams, those never-ending hikes in North American forests, long afternoon napping in empty houses, and not to forget (as they are still needed), a short advertising for low price dog food. 

The first extract of this canine diary « Caresses (Always too short) », is a (too) short digital tickle that drew us down into the reverb and the synthesizers of a dream coat. The full record should show the tip of its nose by Spring 2021 on Cracki Records.

Revered producer and composer Daniel Avery returns with a new album and live show, his most ambitious works to date. With the album Avery has welcomed an inspiring cast of collaborators, including the likes of Alison Mosshart (The Kills), Walter Schreifels (Quicksand / Rival Schools), bdrmm, Julie Dawson (NewDad), yeule, Ellie, Art School Girlfriend, yunè pinku, and Cecile Believe. Each artist leaves their indelible mark, yet the record’s true power lies in the communal spirit at its core.

“This is a living and breathing collective,” says Avery. “Since the earliest recordings, Tremor felt like a studio in the sky, a space in time through which we could all pass as artists”, he reflects. “It’s the welcoming spirit of acid house with the doors flung open wider still to allow in every influence from my musical journey: the warmth of distortion, the stillness inside intensity, the transcendental beauty of noise... They have always been there in my music but now it feels like those ideas are being transmitted in Technicolor. This is a record for the post-rave comedown kids, the guitar heads and anyone else who wants to come along for the ride. Everyone is welcome.”

Tremor will be released by Avery’s new home of Domino on 31st October.
