After a 10 month hiatus gifting me with a time of contemplation, uncertainty at times but also a reinvigorated drive for the 'old normal' of sweaty dancefloors, packed fields hands aloft swaying to hazy steppers and the excitement of repeating these rituals weekend after weekend. 

Anticipation of hope on the horizon has brought along this mix, with it a new direction, my '00' series will feature sounds curated by myself spanning multiple genres without boundaries, delivering new flavours and old favourites, to make you move is still top priority.

This first instalment includes sounds from the likes of Crazy P, Yam Who?, Mangabey, Panthera Krause, Crackazat and more.

As a well-established artist in Ireland and already with his own independent EP release just over 6 months ago along with many other tracks featured on Youtube, Sputnik One delivers once again.

CLÆP THAT brings together sounds from  familiar CLÆP friends as well as some new faces in a record that is reminiscent of the classic detroit house sound, mixed with something newer, yet simultaneously more lo-fi and analog .

You can expect to hear textural, analog jams from artists such as Jesus Moses, Yot Nam, and composer/producer Matti Julius, who infuses his classical training into this previously unreleased main room groover, Moules Gratinees. Maltitz and Nicola Brusegan bring the synth-heavy, emotional vibes whilst Sischke’s tribal influenced track Najuma and a hypnotic slice of minimalism from Ion Vulcan represent the more percussive side of house.  Not to mention a delicious acid laden roller from Derek and DJLo.

This is EP is pure house party and sunset vibes, guaranteed to get you ready for a long night of dancing.

Vienna based producer Jon Gravy joins the ROUGH family with his superb EP - Superfly. The whole bundle embodies house rhythms with crispy, classic drums and a dope vibe. On top of these three originals, we added a smashin’ Drum & Bass remix by Demuja (Shall Not Fade | Madhouse Records | Muja). He gives the track Superfly a completely other direction with a playful arrangement who works well on peak time and on headphone listening. Enjoy!
