Unser Freund Manolis, Glitterboi hat in Anlehnung an die goldenen zwanziger Jahre – nach eigenen Aussagen – bereits vor zwei Jahren die Glitzerzwanziger eingeläutet. Nebst seiner Vorliebe für Baguettes und ausgefallene Outfits, hat er mit einigen anderen unlängst eine Veranstaltung aus allem, was wir mit den Zwanzigerjahren in Paris verbinden, gemacht: La Bohème ist verrucht, viel zu schick und hatten einen starken französischen Accent. Beneath the giant tree, in the sandy dunes close to the beach of the beautiful island called Sardinia, fireflies turned the place into a twinkling disco, shining their light upon all animals that gathered for a big celebration of life.  

After my set, someone described her experience to me as if we were all on a safari adventure together. I was the safari guide leading us deeper and deeper into the jungle. On the dance floor, everyone transformed into their own animal - from graceful giraffes to fierce tigers, mosquito clowns and a troupe of zany zebras, and she herself was a rabbit. How good! The energy was just so playful and together <3 All and more than I was hoping for!!
To all the animals who joined me on this safari tour, thank you for making it such a magical night!!

This is by far my deepest, darkest, slowest set––an ode to our Orishas. 
Especially: Obatala. He is the Sky father and the creator of human bodies which were brought to life by Olodumare's smooth breath. He is the father of all Orishas. Thank you, Mbaya ritmos for the inspiration. 

 The set is dark, though with a hint of cumbia towards the end because it was the time of the day where you could basically take the audience wherever you wanted. Loads of percussion, very deep synths, all of the noises brought and kept to a delightful, thick, and sexy 102 bpm. 

A true delight and my debut in Mexico. For you to enjoy.  Gracias Dos Tierras, que placer.

We are very happy to present the next Soundclash Mix by Daniele Mancini from Frankfurt/ Germany.  He started mixing music about 5 years ago and also enjoys Djing when he finds time for it.  To him, music is not everything that matters, but it does matter a lot.
Unfortunately he rarely has the opportunity to mix and listen to loud music. 
Therefore when driving a car he uses the chance to really turn up the volume and enjoy the sound...to forget everything around, to live in the moment...and also NOT live in the moment. TAkATukkA is a dj from Salzburg in Austria. primarily a consumer of electronic music in Berlin, Hamburg and Copenhagen, he started to collect and play music from 2016. Inspired by melodic and downpitched afterhour sets, the music melanges between deep, dark and slow, sometimes growing into ethereal sounds.

Due to lack of electronic venues in Sbg, TAkATukkA started together with @Lukorii the downtempo collective @LauterKlabauter. its idea is to establish electronic world music in an otherwise fast-paced music scene. we are moved to connect people with stirring sounds that create an athmosphere of bliss and comfort. and we love to put life to secret places or scenic outdoor locations. ever since we started, the collective is growing and slowly becoming a player in the local electronic music scene.

the set for Kombinat Sternradio is a contribution to their fine selection of downtempo mixes. many thanks to Daniel de Sol for the invitation. enjoy and stay slowly tuned.
