Skin for a canvas started life as an ambient acoustic
experience in the shape of Grimner Mortimer, Featuring Dani Burnett on different songs.
After 4 years of writing and planning, Skin for a Canvas was
born and the debut album “The Soul Creates a Harmony” was
self-produced and released by Skin For A Canvas.
As the album had received good responses during live performances and Skin for A Canvas was steadily gaining reputation and experience along the way.
During late 2011 the second Skin for a Canvas album was mastered for release in
early 2012 to bring new music to Skin for a Canvas performances.
Between 2011 - 2016 Skin For A Canvas worked on various releases, few tours and a whole bunch of different shows.
Taking back seat from shows Skin For A Canvas still worked on releases.
2023 Dani Burnett re-Featured for one final year in Skin For A Canvas once that door had closed a new door for Skin For A Canvas and now the band comprising of Grimner Mortimer, Rio Sherwood, Riley Nelson, Zoe Mortimer
As a band they are a big advocate for mental health and always challenging the stigma that comes along with it. Skin for a canvas does exactly that!

Remedysounds is an award-winning loop pedal artist renowned for his raw vocal talent, skilful guitar playing and beat-boxing. After playing over 300 shows in 2013, and his completely unique live on-stage set-up and captivating live sets have won him a large following of dedicated fans alongside a huge social media presence and database of subscribers. 

2013 saw the release of Remedysounds’ debut single ‘I’ll Give You What You Need’, which expresses the artist’s views on the current state of the music industry. The track hit No.5 of the iTunes singer-songwriter chart on the first day of release. Shortly after the track was released it was picked up by BBC introducing and received national play, the song also went on to reverb nations one to watch after hitting the top ten of their independent chart. ‘I’ll Give You What You Need’ was quickly followed up by a second single ‘Jayden’s Song’ - a track written by Remedysounds to raise vital funds needed to pay for treatment for his very ill son. The single was a vastly different to ‘I’ll Give You What You Need’, yet went on to hit No.1 of the iTunes singer-songwriter chart, showing Remedysounds’ versatility and popularity as a whole. The single has had huge critical acclaim, leading to Remedysounds headlining his own UK independent tour. 

Remedysounds has now broken away from management and become fully independent once more. he has some huge opportunities this year including big name festivals, fronting the 'World Superbike Championships" and being added to the support artist roster for chart topper 'Sam Smith' 
'Jaydens Song' has now been nominated for the 'Best of British Unsigned Award' for best song.
