Steve Bug and his "Audiomatique" label did an amazing job of collecting an amazing list of remixers, and on top of that I made one myself, as I thought the org needed a more deep twist to it to fit in own dj sets.

'Spectral' EP is the debut of Culprit originators Droog after they founded the Los Angeles based label six years ago. To prove themselves as producers, the LA collective have made a point of earning their stripes away from the label of their creation and the path has taken them to Crosstown Rebels, Supernature, Get Physical and Last Night on Earth, among others. Now, they have come home and they bring along Edu Imbernon, known for big releases on Suara, Culprit, his own two labels Fayer and Eklektisch and his remixes  for The xx and Hot Natured.

Catch You By Surprise (Guy Gerber Remix)

“To farewell 2025” is a reflective progressive-techno piece about closure and reset. A faint tape-hiss and distant chime open the scene, then a steady, low-warm sub anchors a heartbeat-like 4/4. Over it, glassy pads drift in slow, wintry arcs; a descending two-note motif keeps returning—first sorrowful, later reframed with brighter overtones—so the track feels like letting go and leaning forward at once. Micro-glitches, vinyl dust, and filtered noise mark time passing without turning sentimental.

Arrangement

Intro: sparse chime + noise floor, dry kick enters with minimal tops.

Lift 1: dubby chord stabs and a rubbery bass contour add motion; hats tighten the grid.

Break: drums thin to a single drone; the motif blooms through granular shimmer, as if archiving the year’s echoes.

Return: firmer transient on the kick, brighter midrange, motif inverted into a hopeful ascent.

Coda: elements strip back to chime, room tone, and a soft tail—no hard cutoff, just a quiet fade into the next page.

Polished but human, “To farewell 2025” balances restraint with resolve—club-functional for late sets, yet intimate on headphones, a small ceremony for turning the calendar.

Berlin based Daniele Di Martino presents his next release named: Journey. It is an enigmatic two-track-EP that maintains the warmth and easiness of summer and shows the smoother side of the producer. Therefore, the first track "Journey" takes us on a trip into a bright sunset with the last warming rays of light after a relaxing and comforting day. With its ambient, flowing, buzzing and slightly mysterious power, the track fits perfectly into the world between day and night - making curious what's to come next. And when the light has slowly disappeared, we slip into a mild late-summer's night with the second track "Note". This is a straight deep house experience with hidden secrets waiting to be found and explored. Meanwhile, the body wants to start dancing into a long and tempting night - maybe leading to the familiar, as darker and harder sound of Daniele Di Martino.
