I have been both a friend and a fan of Tyler’s (NGHTMRE) music for a number of years and after hearing his collaboration with SLANDER of "Gud Vibrations," I couldn’t help but send him a message about remixing it! The particular spin that I did was all about positive and uplifting feelings, while at the same time aiming to capture the vibes of summer. Hope you enjoy it!

Love For That

Denver resident Jeff Reynolds has been creating music since early childhood. For the past six years, he has been producing music under the alias 'Bytegeist.' Frustrated artistically with the lack of focus the moniker has had genre-wise, and similarly frustrated with having to spell out his artist name in public thousands of times, he opted to create a new title and a new sonic identity. Rarebird places the hummable, ear worm melodies and vocals of pop music within more imaginary, other-worldly, and futuristic sonic architectures. Composed, arranged, mixed, and mastered in his bedroom studio in October, 2015, "Rebellion" constructs a sprawling cell around Reynolds' own lyric pleas for initiation; it is the first single from his upcoming EP, Constellation, and an anthemic testament to the EP's daunting construction yet to come.

This is my remix of YEBBA's live performance of "My Mind" that I threw together back in 2017. The song definitely didn't need anything else because she is amazing on her own, but I thought it would be fun to make!
