Schaed fell in love with electronic music in the early 90’s. In 2005, he decided to go behind the decks and made his beginnings on the Geneva alternative scene.
Landscaper architect by profession, music is for him like garden : a world of poetry, refinement and colorful. Curious and eclectic, it is difficult to reduce his universe to a specific electronic music style. Schaed draws his inspiration from the traditional house mix with tribal sounds, electro and techno-hypnotic waves. In 15 years, he had the chance to be called for many collaborations with leitmotiv : sharing and exchange. In the same dynamic, he was pleased to be part of the team of resident’s KALT in Strasbourg during 5 years.

Subatomic, subaquatic particles bubble up to the surface while you seep into a dark blue void. Such may be the sensation one gets while listening to Daniel[i]. His music is often touched by an oceanic signature that can be as riveting as it is serene. With releases on labels such as 012, Alpenglühen or Semantica, and his very own Whispering Signals, he has carved out a niche for himself among deep techno and ambient fans alike.
