24 -107 Pain relief is a composition of 107 different tracks that add up to 24 hours (well, one second short). I have been in pain for 29 days and counting. Music became one of the ways I would use to disrupt my sensory perception that hopefully takes away the pain. I would it does for you as well. A VERY BIG THANK YOU to all those who contributed all these fantastic music. If not, I would have used a knife to cut my leg open or shot myself in the head. KEEP MAKING GREAT MUSIC! (I thought of reordering the sequence but when it's on a shuffle mode, it gets more interesting.)

I wrote this during a really tough time in my life when I resorted to embracing intense hate and blame in order to escape my low-energy depression.
