El imperceptible peso del sonido se cuela como una vieja historia que busca ingresar, acontecer el sonido contemporáneo y retromaniaco que recicla, restituye y resignifica. Aquí el jazz, el funk, y el groove de la historia negra, levita y celebra el encuentro con lo latinoamericano. Baile, sudor y humaredas destiladas caen y se evaporan, el cuerpo se transforma en un espacio de ensueño, la piel en territorio de vestigios, el suelo en espacio tribal, y la atmósfera elogia la levitación de armonías que se encumbran en ritmos celestiales.

La voz se cuela entre samples, gestos, tributos y particularidad. Daniel Klauser busca e insiste en torcer los parámetros establecidos, no con lo extraño, sino con lo cotidiano, como un sueño que se abre paso dentro de imágenes borrosas que se avecinan como alucinaciones lisérgicas, que sedan y anestesian hasta conseguir el trance. Los sonidos son oropel de los perímetros iridiscentes, balizas que muestran y esconden, como esquinas donde los esbirros de la música celebran la rebeldía de los días siempre nocturnos.

Sensual, sexual, andrógino, mestizo, rítmico, extraño, trunco, y claro como un río que encuentra, en su continuo flujo, los meandros en los que se desliza el canon de la cultura dance, el soul, disco, dub, r&b,funk, que se mixtura con bossa nova, samba, jazz, y adereza con reminiscencias latinoamericanas, acordes de guitarras que recuerdan el rock de ritmos, motivos y sonidos sudacas, armando una procesión diabólica, emergida de las alcantarillas y convertida en vaho o vapor de una suave niebla, que impide ver el horizonte y clava los ojos en los pies del aquí y ahora.

Pasajes oscuros y espesos, que viajan en atmosferas ondulantes, se mantienen en suspenso en el hábitat de una pipa de agua sónica; humo en combustión, que se evapora entre bronces, beats, y ritmos sincopados. Vapor es un disco que funciona como paisaje mental, como mantra y alucinación, como fiesta tribal y desorden dionisiaco; un barco ebrio, que embiste las visiones que se esparcen como una exhalación cannábica que flota
entro de una habitación lenta y estrellada.

El desorden de los sentidos, tiempo y distancia, se presentan “sin timón y en el delirio” de una secuencia de infiernos, opacidades y claroscuros, de un sonido particular y destellante.

Back in 2019, Safe Trip delivered a much-needed reissue of Trans-4m’s previously overlooked 1992 debut album, Sublunar Oracles, an ambient house and ambient techno masterpiece from Belgian brothers Stefan and Dimitri Van Elsen. Now the label has dived into their archives again to present an expanded edition of their sought-after 12” single Dencity, complete with a previously unheard cut.

While the original album version of ‘Dencity’ was a meandering journey through spacey ambient house full of ultra-dreamy ambient textures twinkling melodies and languid deep house grooves, the alternative takes originally featured on the 1992 12” were far more club-focused and dancefloor-ready.

This new edition boasts both of those gloriously kaleidoscopic and tactile revisions in freshly remastered form. There’s the EP opening ‘Urban Tribe Mix’, a bolder and heavier take featuring crunchier, weightier drums, gently psychedelic electronics and New Jersey garage style organ stabs, and the ‘Club Mix’, where saucer-eyed chords, echoing bleeps and energetic piano riffs help drive the track forwards.

Over on side B there’s a chance to check an alternative version of the Sublunar Oracles album version, as well as previously unreleased track ‘Butterflies’. Recorded during the same period as the album at the Van Elsen brothers’ home studio in Antwerp, it’s a starry, slowly unfurling ambient delight in which waves of attractive, undulating synthesizer sounds, yearning chords and deep space electronics dance away atop a shuffling, soft-touch drum machine beat. While it may have been shelved way back in 1992, it’s every bit as immersive and tactile as anything on Sublunar Oracles.

For	the 7th compilation, FuFu Records gathered 8	artists from 6 different Asian countries.	
FuFu Records	A&R (@MLCH) presents ‘88 - Double Happiness’ project, a compilation series of 8 tracks	from Asian electronic music artists.
88	- Double	Happiness comprises a mix of well-known artists and emerging talented producers who are	
showcasing the new sounds of Asia.	It sonically explores the	electronic musical	scene coming all the diversity of Asian	countries.
Each artist brought their own flavour to the compilation with their	unique sounds and dance-worthy beats.
For the fourth track, we are	coming back to Thailand.
Despite his humble persona, as a DJ	and	producer, DOTT is	an integral	player in	Bangkok’s ever-expanding underground house	and	techno scene. Can	be sure his sounds will	be typified by	a deep	house and minimal ingrained, tripping groove	focused	mentality.
Although his	sound is	constantly evolving, DOTT interests	is	stapled	to	music	for	dancing.	The	approach in both	his	production and DJ sets is rooted in love for deep house	and	minimal,	combining indelible bassline grooves	 with an intoxicating analogue	sound palette. Despite	his humble persona, as	a DJ and	producer,	DOTT is an integral player in Bangkok’s expanding	underground	house and techno	scene, he has	played in	some of	the	cities key	venues such as BEAM, Glow, Safe Room and De Commune.	
His	reputation	has	spread	across	the	dance	music	scene	network	from	clubs	to	festivals	bringing	his	unique style	to Singapore’s Headquarters, Epizode Festival, TAG	Chengdu, Wonderfruit,	Montreux Jazz Festival, Karma Kastle and	a few of	illegal and secret parties DOTT is also one of the three	founders	of	"More	Rice", an	Asiabased, vinyl only label	together	with	Sarayu and Mikhail, in which the	direction	is more towards	obscurity.	
Their main vision is to support Asia's upcoming talents	by creating	great connections	between	them and other international artists	around	the	world. He has	played alongside the likes of Roman	Flügel, Maayan Nidam,	 Dandy Jack,	Thomas	Melchior, Archie	Hamilton, Alexi Delano	and	Eric	Volta to name but	a few. More	recently	he has toured Europe,	bringing	his sound to Paris,	Lausanne and Fribourg. As	a producer he has	released	on	
Body Parts, Oblack, Little Helpers, Whoyostro,	Baile Musik as well	as	his	own	imprint More	Rice	and	many more.
