I spent a very enjoyable hour or so in front of Ableton to get this out of my head. 

I just wanted to play with my voice as the only instrument and see what I could produce.

Sui Géneris is the stage name for Daniel Pizzata, a contemporary pianist. His music is improvisational, melancholic and highly emotive. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Ólafur Arnalds, Emmit Fenn, Joep Beving, Hiromi and Ryuichi Sakamoto. After spending the greater part of his life running away from his true passion for piano, he found his way back when life threw its darkest challenges.

The piano is not just an instrument for beautiful music, but a powerful tool to heal the soul.
