Daniel is a classically trained pianist (AMusA), but has always preferred contemporary (popular) music. With 60+ years of experience tickling the ivories, Daniel has held various residencies in Adelaide restaurants, bistros and pubs and more recently has combined his love of piano playing with his vocation of Radiation Oncology by playing regularly in the Royal Adelaide Hospital's foyer.

Daniel's expansive repertoire of covers spans the works of artists like Billy Joel, Elton John, The Beatles, The Eagles, Supertramp, Phil Collins, The Carpenters, Barry Manilow and many, many more.

In recent years, Daniel has spent more time developing his own compositions in which can be heard strains of his various influences but which consistently convey an approach that is at once thoughtful and bold, reflective and playful.
