For our final record of the year, we turn to Glasgow's man of the year - Denis Sulta.

Like a good chunk of the Numbers family, he has earnt his stripes working at the coalface of techno aka Rubadub. He has crafted two excellent twelves for our bare-chested cousins at Dixon Avenue Basement Jams and is beginning to carve himself out a reputation as a DJ of some repute, expertly blending in the bangers with Sulta-certified weirdness. Denis is part of a new wave of Glaswegian artists who are doing amazing things and whose music is continuously exciting us.

‘It’s Only Real’ created by Sulta during a burst of inspiration one Sunday, takes us back to a time when techno was intricately melodic but still kicked hard in the club. Made with only the purest of intentions and a dedication to the art of moving heads and feet.

Mr. Dario D'Attis is a well familiar name to all those having followed Hive Audio over the course of the past years so it's always a pleasure to see one of our favorite Swiss friends coming back with a new one. Once again teaming up with Definition in the studio their new single named „Home “ is gonna make you sweat on the dancefloor and defo will help to burn some sweets away you've possibly indulged in a little too much for reasons at this time of the year.

The original version of „Home“ provides a proper muscular House-flavored stomp for all dancefloors under a groove, weighing in most beautiful strings and a lively, elevating classic synth modulation as a foundation for deep, heartfelt male vocals and a touching atmosphere able to make people fall in love on the dancefloor within seconds.

On remix duties for „Home“ is Animal Trainer who takes on a slightly different angle production wise and transfers the tune into a world of polished chrome, driven by pumping Tech House rhythms and clean, metallic synths as well as futuristic noises, sweeps and atmospheres meandering through the excellent sonic architecture of this rework.

Daniel Sanchez is one of best artists in European electronic music scene of last 15 years. He has released in big labels like Remote Area, Plus8, Saved, Fuse, 100%% Pure and he owns some great labels like Bla Bla among others. Now we have his debut EP on the label with two great tunes and a remix by our buddy Fer BR.

'Distro Hopping' is a powerful classic tech-house track, where the percussion and the low-end bassline works in perfection. 'Dutch Sniper' is about a heavy and relentless beat sounding in the crossroad of deep, tech-house and techno. He took the best of each genre and used it for deliver a great track. Fer BR, usual suspect in Mindshake, Paco Osuna's label, made the remix with a new bouncy bassline and giving a twist to the original track.
