The holly bears the crown.
The rising of the sun, the hope inside us all

The holly bears a blossom,
As white as lily flowers,
And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ, 
To be our sweet Saviour.

God’s love is like a perfect song, with Sweet singing in the choir.
 
The holly bears a berry,
As red as rosy flowers
and with the birth of Jesus Christ
Everlasting life is ours.

As sharp as any thorn,
