i can never really seem to draw the line. 
Sun and birds and water, my mother's favorite daughters.

Turn that little voice off in my head.
i'm not sure if i'm here or if i'm back in bed.
it's ok either way, i just glad that i'm not dead.

Overstated underrated slightly dated speculatiions on the origins related to complicit complications of intention and the nature of invention in the manufacture of reality.
so here we are in the shifting landscapes of our individuality.
And thank you for allowing me to wander around your brain, i would never knowingly cause you any pain.

This was recorded in the front room, just me and guitar, couple of years ago. Unfortunately I haven't been able to play in this style for the last 12months due to a wrist injury, hence why my recent songs have been more strummy.

maybe a hymn to some of belfast's street/city centre characters from my youth (memories of a guy raving at the traffic lights...now what does that remind me of :-)))....scat placeholding voice while i write the words somewhere quiet and do the usual star-studded, multi-thousand pound production number :-)
a strange improv phrase came out so i thought i'd use it as the temporary title...i think i rhymed it with 'hospital white' ..hmmm or hymn ??:-)
