2786 days. That's how long it's been since I released 'Viper'. That's almost 8 years... 

I had so many songs on their way back then and at the time, I thought I'd keep releasing a lot more songs, but I guess I was too scared of taking that step. I wasn't sure who I was or what kind of music I wanted to make, so I started a new alias called 'Oceans On FIre' > @OceansonFireMusic, where I made Pop-influenced Future Bass and Chillstep. But to be honest, I personally think the music I made under that alias wasn't really 'me'. It was something I thought people wanted to hear. I will still make music as Oceans on Fire, and all of my songs will have vocals in them, but I'm also going back to making Melodic Dubstep, Electro and WhateverIFeelLike as Daniel Tera. 

'Resurrection' will be my first song out of MANY! There are already 5 songs finished, and I'll post a release schedule on my Facebook page in a few weeks. There's literally 100+ songs on their way, some are finished, some are almost finished, and some will be finished within the next year... so expect to hear more from me than you've ever heard before!

Genres will range from Melodic Dubstep/Electro/Complextro to Dance and even Synthwave/Retrowave. Who knows, maybe I'll throw in a violin or two. Oh, and I'm gonna release more Melodic Chillstep like 'Serenity', 'Arcade' and 'Autumn Born' later on this year, don't you worry!

But for now, enjoy my messed up track named 'Resurrection'! I call this 'ADHD step', because it kinda switches its attention to a different genre halfway through!

Well, it's time to change things up a bit from my previous songs. Based on the idea of the wearable 'rumble pak' for the Nintendo 64 that never came, and by coincidentally acquiring a haptic vest while mixing this, the name 'Rumble Bag' just stuck. I wanted to blend my usual style with Retrowave/Synthwave, to get a fresh sound for this release.

I'm sorry for the delay, you guys! I have a lot of musical projects apart from Daniel Tera, Oceans on Fire and Solid Kids, so I couldn't keep up with my release schedule, but Thunderstorm Part I is finally out!!

A thunderstorm usually never lasts for as long as you think it will. It either goes away faster than you think, or keeps going for much longer than you thought. And when you think it stopped, it might actually come back again, at a different intensity. That's what this song represents. See it more as a journey through a storm, rather than three parts of a song.

This is a track I made early in 2023 meant to be pitched to labels, etc. but I decided to release it myself! It's one of the few 'pure' Dubstep tracks I've made, but I'm aiming for a more Chillstep type of vibe closer to the summer, similar to my tracks Serenity and Autumn Born. I hope you enjoy this one though! I'm happy with how it turned out!

I wanted to capture the essence of the music in Capcom's most iconic video game series, blending my own melodies with the intense energy of modern dubstep.
