When I was little I had a car door slammed shut on my hand. I still remember it quite vividly.

mix is awful and needs to be balanced. hard to hear vocal

This song expresses feelings similar to Ian Curtis' Joy Division and also something from John Foxx's Ultravox. Truly remarkable!

The mix is raw, and it is difficult to make out the vocals.  I recommend you take it through a remix and repost - pan your instruments out to the side to clear a path for the vocals - everything is blending together, and the solo guitar is drowning everything else out.  Could be a solid track if you can clean it up.
