woke up one morning realising that life left me bruised and broken and that my woman sees all that and still shows up for me and loves me. No need to hide.

when a friend who was diagnosed with cancer died within weeks of diagnosis this song came. As a sign of frustration with myself that I couldn't feel the pain and grief of the loss.

been writing songs since I'm 12... never trusted myself enough that this could become my purpose for being here. Now at 56 I start to think... definitely maybe.

What else has been with me for that long? The answer is ... nothing. So in 2023 I'll make an effort to let people hear my raw and rough sketches that came through me... 

Sometimes in collaborations, sometimes solo... Sometimes expressions of joy and gratitude, often a whisper of my soul that otherwise would have escaped my fleeting attention.
