Berlin-based Donnie Cosmo launches Shuffle Valley with a sharp, deep-cut four-tracker that weaves through groove-led house, breaks, and subtle psychedelia. 'Space Time Surfer' opens the record with fluid basslines and glistening percussion-trippy but grounded, the kind of roller that finds its mark in long, locked-in blends. 'Let Yourself Go' shifts into broken rhythm mode, laced with loose drums and warped textures before slipping seamlessly into a steady 4/4-playful, mutating, and built for curious selectors. On the flip, 'International Acid' goes inward: smoky, hypnotic and slightly off-centre, it leans into more mental terrain without losing its grip on the floor. Christopher Ledger closes with a weightless rework of 'Let Yourself Go', adding polish and negative space while staying faithful to the original's off-kilter charm. A confident first chapter for the label, and a quietly distinctive release from an artist with a clear voice.

Keeping up with a steady release of exceptional techno, refused. delivers another entrancing EP from Dani Sbert of the Balearic Islands. This next EP “Confussion” features two dark and momentous original techno pieces, along with a remix from Raul Facio. First up, Confussion is a crafty techno track that integrates a deep groaning bassline with a hypnotic spacey synth pattern. The track uses heavy reverb, which gives this piece fullness and substance. Claustrophobic starts in with a punchy, pronounced kick and a winding synth line humming in the background. An enigmatic orchestra of synths and stabs accompanied by the tasteful use of delay and harmonic enrichment makes this piece a breath of fresh air to today’s generic techno. Raul Facio finishes this EP off with a clean, crisp rolling techno remix of Claustrophobic.

Tras varios años de duro trabajo, Daniel cuenta con actuaciones nacionales e internacionales en eventos tan importantes como ElROW (Barcelona) FLORIDA 135 (Fraga) THE HOME (Barcelona) COD152 (Valencia) ADE (Amsterdam) BORA BORA (Ibiza) entre otros. Sus actuaciones, siempre vivas, se alejan de lo prefijado y cerrado. Sin embargo, ello no quita para que el artista destaque por la meticulosidad con la que prepara sus sesiones, teniendo en cuenta la temática de la fiesta, la sala, las necesidades de los promotores, el horario y la reacción del público.
