Meditations 004 is focused on taking a step back from the noise today and truly reconnecting with our deepest roots in many ways. 

It is meant to help you remember where you have came from, where our friends and family have come from, including our oldest ancestors and all the humans, animals and living species who have lived and walked on this earth before us, some many, many years ago.

This meditation is aimed at helping you connect to your deepest source of life within this physical realm, by which of course I’m referring to as  Mother Earth, Gaia or Pachamama.

PAPI MUSICK - Heat Waves Studio Mix [08/09/25]

The sun was just about setting as I took over the decks. 

Slow, sensual and arabesque-type music filled the rooftop as dusk turned into night. Deep, organic & rhythmic melodies warmed the space as the moon rose slowly above the impressive volcanoes in the distance.

Here is my 2 hour set played a few weeks back at one of my favourite cocktail bars in Mexico City.

We start off with some latin flavour, progressing into some tribal and African infused sounds, followed by more jazz & house driven sounds.

Perfect for pairing with a Negroni or Mezcal sour if you ask me.

Here are hours 3 & 4 of my 6 hour sunset set from The Spoke Club in Toronto, Canada. The sun was starting to set and the vibes were warming up.

We flowed nicely with some deep organic melodies, followed by some more warm and latin inspired tracks. Tribal & jungle influences make up the second hour of this mix, followed by some african rhythm.

Here is my 2 hour set recorded at one of my favourite events of all time, Urban Jungle @ Mindset Brain Gym in Toronto, Canada.

This was probably my favourite set so far, as the energy was absolutely off the charts in this room. Everyone gathered to share their own experiences, journies and come together as one in such a beautifully decorated tropical environment.

My set starts off slow and melodic, bringing back the people to their roots followed by the rhythmic sounds of latin music. We go deeper into the jungle as the tribal/ancestral roots begin to take form and go well into the lush sounds of the rainforest.

Thank you to Urban Mystics for putting on one of my favourite events of all time.

The Soul Goes On

My first ever online guided breathwork mix.

Breathwork is a powerful meditation tool used to bring in more oxygen to our brains and lungs, allowing for our bodies to operate at a much higher capacity than we normally are used to. The benefits of performing deep, intense breathing are endless, including elevated states of consciousness, greater blood circulation, faster muscle recovery, reduced stress, boosted immune system & greater will power to name a few...

In this mix I have used the Wim Hof breathing technique, which is a personal favourite of mine. I do not own any rights to this technique and all rights to this practice belong to him and his team. I am simply promoting this meditation in order to help spread the positive benefits of this beautiful breathwork.

Combining the ever-so-famous Wim Hof Breathwork with the incredible technique of Joe Dispenza, we are able to take the breath fully in and access a higher consciousness. When we release our past traumas and face our fears, we turn this negative emotion into a positive love-filled state of being.

This is our opportunity to connect with the quantum field, a place filled with infinite potential and possibilities. Where we can re program ourselves and heal our bodies in whichever way.

Warrior Inside You (love)

We often tend to hold onto things that no longer serve us, simply because we don't want to let go of the illusion of something. Once we overcome this and allow it to flow away from us, we create space for newer, better things that are in alignment with ourselves.

This mix is a deeper, more melodic journey. As we let go of the warm summer days, we can create an intimate space for fall to warm our hearts and go inwards.

I had an absolute blast being able to play live in front of such a warm, receptive and musically tasteful crowd.

Welcome to a new series of meditations guided by me.

These have been in the works for quite some time now, and I am excited to finally share the first session.

Episode 001 is guided towards finding our inner child and reclaiming that inner sense of awe, curiosity and passion for life. How many times have we forgotten what it feels like to be a child? Have we forgotten what it means to play? 

Perhaps we are carrying past memories or traumas that happened to us as children and have never fully healed from them. This meditation is aimed at guiding you find your long lost inner child, reconnecting with him or her and providing a safe and loving space for him/her to express whatever they may desire to you.

I hope you can connect with your inner most beautiful child. He or she has been longing for your attention, for your love and most importantly, to play again with you.

We have been fed countless information from our parents, our school, society and our friends on a daily basis that have led us to program our minds a certain way. We believe that this is actually who we are and simply cannot change that

Meditations 003 allows us to "deprogram" ourselves from these conditionings and download new software that will ultimately help us achieve the results we want.
