Dedicated to Norberto Jurasek, my best friend and wisest teacher, who 3 years ago left this world. I am so grateful for having known him and for the love and wisdom he has shown me. Norberto, From my 1st workshop with him in October 2015: "We all have our work to do. And here together in these workshops we have a great opportunity to do a lot of work with the help of our medicine. But there is a parallel growth. Beyond fixing this and that in your life, we grow by experiencing the love, the thing beyond death. You cannot hold onto it. It must be experienced again and again. But by getting that experience again and again, you build the trust : that love is IT, and always will be. And maybe that is this lesson which is the deepest of all". ALWAYS dear Norberto. My first ever online guided breathwork mix.

Breathwork is a powerful meditation tool used to bring in more oxygen to our brains and lungs, allowing for our bodies to operate at a much higher capacity than we normally are used to. The benefits of performing deep, intense breathing are endless, including elevated states of consciousness, greater blood circulation, faster muscle recovery, reduced stress, boosted immune system & greater will power to name a few...

In this mix I have used the Wim Hof breathing technique, which is a personal favourite of mine. I do not own any rights to this technique and all rights to this practice belong to him and his team. I am simply promoting this meditation in order to help spread the positive benefits of this beautiful breathwork.

The Great Change

Combining the ever-so-famous Wim Hof Breathwork with the incredible technique of Joe Dispenza, we are able to take the breath fully in and access a higher consciousness. When we release our past traumas and face our fears, we turn this negative emotion into a positive love-filled state of being.

This is our opportunity to connect with the quantum field, a place filled with infinite potential and possibilities. Where we can re program ourselves and heal our bodies in whichever way.

For those wondering, I did not instruct on how to engage in the Wim Hof practice in this mix. If you would like to learn how to breathe using his technique, please check out my previous guided breathwork mix.
