Belgium duo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike has collaborated with Diplo & Fatboy Slim to produce a song for the Fatboy Slim curated album, Bem Brasil. Eparrei is an un-paralleled slice of electro mambo, fusing cutting edge EDM with the sounds and culture of Brasil.

This new summer anthem also features, Brasilian electro funk group, Bonde Do Role who unique take on the local ‘funk carioca’ has seen them play to huge crowds in South America and support the likes of CSS. All this combined creates an anthem destined to scorch dance floors across the world, and also perfectly captures the tone and spirit of what Fatboy Slim has aimed for with his curation of the Bem Brasil album, a synthesis of the best of dance music and Brasilian vibes.

The award-winning brothers have become leading lights in the new wave of international dance music currently taking the planet by storm. Having broken out of the Belgium scene in 2007, they have since risen to become the hosts of the legendary Tomorrowland (and TomorrowWorld) Festivals, while also releasing huge global dance floor hits such as ‘Mammoth’, ‘Wakanda’,  ‘Ocarina’ and most recently ‘Tremor’ together with teen phenom Martin Garrix. In the past 12 months the brothers have amassed 8 Beatport # 1 records including a remix of Fatboy Slim’s ‘Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat’ to start 2014 with. 

Diplo’s long association with re-imagining the limits of electronic music stretches to decades. An integral part of the team, the much heralded producers side project Major Lazer showcases his application of world music styles such as Soca, Braile Funk and Dancehall making his talents critical to capturing the essence of Brazil. As owner of the hugely influential ‘Mad Decent Label’ currently making waves throughout all electronic music’s sub genres, this is a man who gives true meaning to the word dexterity..

Fatboy Slim has had a long love affair with Brazil, its people and its culture, having DJed there many times including to 100,000’s of people at Salvador carnival in Bahia (on the back of a trio no less) and even in Brazil’s version of the Big Brother house. It was this love which inspired him to work with the prestigious Decca Records on creating a soundtrack to this year’s biggest summer event.

Fatboy Slim is returning in 2014 to curate a unique compilation album which includes remixes of classic Brazilian songs such as Felguk’s remix of Jorge Ben Jor’s ‘Taj Mahal’, as well as brand new tunes by some of the world’s finest contemporary artists like DJ Fresh, Gregor Salto, Carl Cox and Greg Wilson
With weeks left before the first time ball meets boot in Brazil, Fatboy and his compatriots are here to get the party started early.

Revealed mainstay Dannic is taking things back to his underground roots with his latest single ‘Fonk’. Built around dirty synth riffs, gritty basslines, and even some moody string stabs, ‘Fonk’ is a techy electro anthem designed for darkened, strobe-lit clubs. "Blaze" is an anthem of epic proportions, full of soaring pads and rhythmically tribal drumsthat  make  the  track stand  out  as  a early  contender  for one  of  the tracks  of  the  summer.    A playful  melody  glides  around  the  breakdown,  joined  by  a progressive  style  repeating  synth that  opens  up  and  makes  the track come  alive.  A  fake  drop  signals  the  return  of  the  kick  which helps ramp up the tension before the track finally does drop, providing the gritty electro bassline that  makes  the track  pump.  It’s  a welcome  return  to Revealed  for Dannic,  and  fans  will  be hoping they will be hearing more from him on the label in the near future.

Dannic, the highly prodigious DJ and producer from Breda in the Netherlands – the hometown of Tiësto and Hardwell - is one of the hottest acts to have emerged from the new generation of Dutch artists breaking through in recent years. His phenomenal rise to #26 in the 2015 DJ Mag Top 100 DJ Poll, a 4 place rise after a sensational jump of 34 places in the 2014 poll to #30, following his #74 debut back in 2013 confirms to tastemakers that he is set to remain a driving force within the scene. Daan Romers (in real life) won the Dancetour DJ contest in 2009 and a slot playing his productions to an audience of 10,000 people. As Dannic says “It's funny because a lot of people know me as a producer but I like to see myself as a DJ who started producing”. It was only when he wanted to set himself apart from other DJs that he began experimenting with production and creating mash-ups to add something special 

Dannic has repeatedly demonstrated to colossal audiences, whilst on tour, his skills and tight technique as a DJ. His ability to read the crowd shone through proving he can mix it with the world’s best, as he delivered sets varying from peak time madness to low slung, sexy, funky grooves. With the pinnacle of the tour being a main stage set at Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, Dannic has undeniably joined the upper echelons of the dance music scene.
