i made a mixtape for you - it’s called chillfocusing. i also made this mixtape for myself, because it’s been a while since i’ve gone back to the basics and played music in my bedroom. i also broke down a 5 min guided meditation throughout the mix courtesy of the legendary andrew johnson.

“become aware of the weight of your feet, and the weight of your hands, and the weight of your entire body. take a gentle deep breath in - wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes - bring yourself back up, gently open your eyes. have a gentle stretch and you’re fully back, rested and refreshed, reenergized and refocused”

4 the art work i doodled over a digital photo of the nyc skyline viewed from brooklyn, then i superimposed a 35mm photo of the ocean and i think it looks neat.
