Danny Bright is back together with another tribute episode of Hype techno podcast. It is end of February and there was so much going on with the HYPE Techno this month. The first HYPE Techno Event after the break is published and it will take place 31.March 2023 in the BrickHouse Industrial Venue in Ostrava city. We are preparing some interesting decorations, strong sound system and dark red-lights setup. We want to create true underground atmosphere there and we hope to do well. We have invited as headliner Marika Rossa from Ukraine which is very popular here and this episode of hype techno podcast supposed to be her tribute. Therefore this episode is made only from tracks she has created and few her remixes. There are remixes from Alberto Ruiz, Ken Ishi, Gabros or Aria Des, otherwise this is only pure Marika`s production. Of course, I couldn’t miss my two typical podcast add-ons, the chapters Czech Techno Showcase and The Piece of History. This time I have pleasure to play for You unreleased bomb from Slovakian producer Signate called Uruk Hai! As a piece of history, I have selected my favourite remix of AME - REJ, the top classic minimal tune I was used to play a lot. This episode is very energetic and I am sure you will enjoy it, whenever you will work, do some sports or just sit in the bus.

This episode starts with some ACID techno and peak time driving techno, then switched to some a actually popular hardtechno tracks, even the rave sound and then finished with two old classics. You will hear tracks from I Hate Models, Alignment, Amazingblaze, Creeds, Stella Bossi, T78, N.O.B.A, Marco Faraone, Luca Maier, Mark Dekoda, Rakkatack, Marco Leckbert, Maddix, Mik&Ale, Housewerk, Marco Montagna, Joanna Coelho, and DJ Jordan. In the chapter Czech techno showcase we have Danny Bright - Ambitions and in the chapter The Piece or History we have this time 2 last tracks of this episode, the Jerome Isma AE and his Hold that sucker down in Charlotte de Witte remix and amazing 2009 classic, one or my first favourite club tracks I still love very much - the Wippenberg Chakalaka!

It is June, Summer is calling and Danny Bright is back with another episode of HYPE Techno Podcast. With this episode we are turning back to the mainstream, the drumcode style of techno. I am not saying I wont play anything else, because I think DJ needs to be flexible and play the set based on the event type, set time and the audience, but this is the sound I enjoy playing the most for last 6 months. I've been wandering between many techno subgenres for the last 2 years, playing and producing different stuff, but inside I was still unsure. But since the beginning of 2024 I started to get more and more clear view, the production started to go more into one direction and that eventually defined my new sound. I would like to introduce You something I want to call TECHNO 2.0. A mix of modern hard-techno with elements of Acid, Hardstyle, Hardcore and Psy-Trance. The energy and diversity is what I like most about it. I believe you will feel the same way. I've been working on the third track Ambitions for the last few months and I'm finally happy with it, so I hope you'll like it too. Čau, ahoj, zdravím tě a děkuju ti, že ladíš můj nový set. Těš se nový sound i nový track. Poslední 2 roky jsem bloudil mezi mnoha techno subžánry, hrál i produkoval různé věci, ale vnitřně jsem si stále nebyl jistý. Od začátku roku 2024 jsem ale začínal mít čím dál tím jasněji, produkce se začala ubírat stále výrazněji jedním směrem a to nakonec definovalo i můj nový sound. Rád bych Vám představil něco čemu chci říkat TECHNO 2.0. Mix moderního hard-techna s prvky Acidu, Hardstyle, Hardcore a Psy-Trancu. Ta energie a různorodost mě na tom baví asi nejvíc. Věřím, že to budeš cítit stejně. Na třetím tracku Ambitions jsem dělal několik posledních měsíců a konečně jsem s ním spokojený, tak doufám se bude líbit i tobě.
