Calxtra.  What can I say about Cal.  I can probably count on one hand the number of Twitch streams I did where she didn't make an appearance.  Such was her level of support.  She was there, kicking bots, and keeping the place tidy.  Oh, and she loved a caps lock.  

The first time I "met" her was during a NYE celbration over on the now defunct AATM radio station.  I had a mid-afternoon set playing and she popped up in the chat.  We got chatting, and she liked the mix that much she kept asking for the track ID's.  For basically every track.  So I bundled them up for her and sent them over.

So in her memory, I went back to that playlist, and picked out 10 tracks to mix again in remembrence of Calxtra.

Hey everyone,

This is a track that took me on a real journey while writing it. It’s about that trip we all recognize: how we carry our own pain and insecurities into relationships. You hope someone else's love will fix it, but often, that person just shows you what you need to work on within yourself.

The lyrics sum it up beautifully:

But there's no shadow in love, only the ones we bring along.

That, to me, is the core of everything. Love is fundamentally light, pure, and doesn't demand that we be 'whole.' It only asks for presence. It’s about letting go of those old stories and that constant race to be 'enough.' That's where true stillness lies.

This track is the musical translation of that moment of surrender and peace. Expect a deep, melancholic, yet ultimately hopeful trance journey. It’s crafted for that moment when you close your eyes and realize everything is okay, just as it is right now.
