"The bad boys named after Sirius, defined as 'the brightest star in the Earth's night sky', hailing from Rotterdam (NL), have been on our radar for quite a while now. Their 'In Deep State' reaches out to their personal interpretation of the classic Dubstep sound we all have fallen in love with. The duo's roots in Metal shines faded light onto their heavy beats, which are all characterised by their individual specialisation; Joost used to be a drummer and Mous used to play the bass guitar - all to be heard inside a jam full of twists, turns and puzzling constellations. The metalic hits, sublow b-lines and dedicated vocal samples that follow form a convoluted half-step jam that ain't for the faint of heart. The wobbling bass warfare brings down the walls of Babylon and pursues anyone failing to understand its magnitude  - make sure to close your eyes and let it take you over..."

This whole E.P. is mesmerizing and this track does not disappoint. Blending various sounds and textures Jonah and Farsight have created a very dark, industrial piece of music here. It's almost experimental in certain ways, however it always brings you back to the core dubstep sound that they are trying to portray. Serious track.
