The Moody Boyz aka Tony Thorpe step up in Hour 2 with an early 90's old school set. A legendary figure in UK dance music since the 80's, he has worked with KLF, remixed Erykah Badu, Lee Scratch Perry and Roots Manuva, set up a host of record labels including Studio Rockers and of course featured on Coldcut's Journey By DJ's. It's music from Kumo, Wagon Christ, Tom Jenkinson, AFX, Link, Rhythim is Rhythim and The Moody Boys to take you back to the 90's.

Thanks for tuning in to this month's Deeper Rhythms - a deep journey and a full flavoured brew of the latest and hottest sprinkled with one or two gems from the vault. This is real House Music, with soul, and music that's part of the family, for real Househeads. Deeper than the earth's core, with flavours of Africa and aromas of Chicago and NYC, from the scenes that linked Ladbroke Grove and Peckham, to the boys and girls in Amsterdam, Hamburg and Berlin. The funk always prevails. Let the colours move your body and soul...... My mixes are a blend of some of my favourite tracks that have been released in the last few weeks, and here and there you'll get something that deserves another listen that you might not have heard for a while. Hope you enjoy it.

THIS MONTH:  People are forgetting to use the power of their minds.  Think deeper, think higher, elevate, and reconnect with love.  Too much hatred.  Too much bloodshed.  Too much violence.  Not enough contemplation, not enough willingness to understand.  Every one of us can make life better for all of us, simply by refocusing our mind, body and soul.
