„Ich vermisse mich“ ist ein Ausdruck innerer Zerrissenheit – ein leiser Schrei nach dem eigenen, echten Ich, das im Laufe der Zeit verloren gegangen ist. Es beschreibt das schmerzliche Gefühl, sich selbst nicht mehr wiederzuerkennen,  die Version von sich, die frei, mutig, ungefiltert und lebendig war. Zwischen Erwartungen, Masken und dem Streben nach Akzeptanz verblasst oft das wahre Selbst.

Dieses Gefühl ist keine einfache Nostalgie, sondern eine tiefe Sehnsucht nach Authentizität. Es ist der Moment, in dem man merkt, dass man zwar funktioniert, aber nicht mehr wirklich lebt. „Ich vermisse mich“ bedeutet: Ich will zurück zu mir, nicht zur Vergangenheit, sondern zu der Wahrheit, die ich einmal in mir trug.
