New song for a new year! Happy 2011. Inspired by the Hacienda, Manchester era of the late 1980s.
Message of the song: Love in a nightclub never works out.
Got out a lot of the vintage gear for this song. Korg Poly 800, Roland 707, Casio CZ1000, Old Lexicon reverb unit and a DigiTech FX pedal from the early 90s. Ran my Korg MKXL through and Avalon 737sp to fatten up the bass and the soft synths. The guitar sounds were made using Logic 9's amp and stomp box plug ins. Produced in Ableton Live 8 and Logic Pro 9. Enjoy!
