Some words from Ministry Of Sound: 

Ministry of Sound has partnered with Nissan to create the world's ultimate mobile sound system - the JUKE Box. Louder than a jumbo jet in take-off, the technical know-how for the JUKE Box comes from sound experts Martin Audio, who designed and built the current system in The Box - the main room at our London home.

Building on the Ministry of Sound ethos of 'creating the moments people live for', together with Nissan we turned to Martin Audio to create a 150 decibel, 18,900W sound system, which is completely self-sufficient in terms of power and production. Thanks to its custom-built 19 kilowatt rig, the JUKE Box's sound system fits into a standard Nissan JUKE. A set of custom-made cabinets and enclosures housing two 18inch powered sub units and the same Mid Hi enclosures that are used at Ministry of Sound enable exceptionally loud output without compromising on sound quality.

This is the first in a 2-part webisode below created to coincide with the Juke's debut at Le Mans 24 hour endurance race in June 2012, giving you a behind the scenes look at the JUKE Box coming to life - from invention through to realisation.

"Dan Sena has devoted his life to music, being raised in a family of creative minds--his grandfather the poet Jorge de Sena was his first artistic inspiration early on. At age six Dan began playing piano, and from there he played in countless bands and musical acts pushing the legacy of his family's name. Dan, being one of the newest additions to the Dim Mak Roster, his history with Dim Mak goes far back to a band called Stickfigurecarousel, a band that became the catalyst for Dim Mak Records. Steve Aoki and Dan have been friends since 1994, with a mutual passion for music driving them, pushing them to the forefront of the Los Angeles music scene in two different genres of music.
