HUGEhands hails from the Westcountry, UK, cutting his musical teeth during the 90s and 00s at parties and underground clubs.
In 2016 he decided to take forward a long standing ambition to produce his own music under the name of HUGEhands, drawing from a melting pot of influences including funky, deep and tech house with added sampled guitar rifts, funky bass lines combining old school and new house sounds.

The producer debuts on Discobox with a groovy 3-track EP.
Opening the pack, Venus Flyby use moody pads, sharp synths and vocal snippets, all rounded by a groovy bassline.

Next track, Jitter keeps the groove going with a constant synth lead over funky drums. 

Closing the package comes our favorite Nice and simple : keeping it straight, a very nice bassline flows over keyboard riffs and vocal samples. It’s simple, groovy and so nice !

UKSA, formerly know as DJ Phlex , is a former Radio show presenter /DJ from England now living in America creating and producing his own tracks.

Music was everywhere within his household and there are many styles that have travelled long his pathway. Reflected in UKSA DJ sets and productions are gospel , soul, funk , jazz, disco, R&B, old-school hip-hop, house music and the 80s sounds .

The producer has a number of house tracks signed and released by various record labels and debuts on Discobox with a killer 2-track EP.

Opening the pack the title track Cloud9 uses a fat bassline over groovy drums. Synth stabs and jazzy guitar riffs complete this groovy monster.

Next track, Lose yourself to funk keeps the funk high with sax riffs, synth chords and filtered break. It’s all about the funk !

Hank Jay career has been brewing for the past 12 years in Belo Horizonte - Brazil where he gone from afternoon matinees dancing to Lee Marrow, Snap and Technotronic becoming one of the most respected House Music DJs in the city.

Influenced by Chigaco and San Francisco House and the sounds of Hip-House with a deep love for black, soul and hip-hop, Hank Jay began DJing in 2003. For over a decade he has been injecting the true sounds of House Music throughout Brazil and has played at grand music festivals such as SoulVision, XXXperience as well as being a regular at Deputamadre Club and Tribe.

The dive into production comes as a natural step for the DJ who has a solid music background - tracks full of goodness from disco, acid and house bring to the surface the inspirations Hank Jay takes from his early influences. Releasing his first tracks in 2017, his music goes from tech to groovy house beats, mixing the new and old sounds bringing back the classic house and disco vibes.

Keeping the same high quality of his previous releases on Discobox, Hank Jay is back with a brand new 4-track EP exploring deeper textures of house music. Expect filtered synths, sharp drums, crispy vocal snippets and funky basslines as usual !

Funk4Mass first musical experience was inside disco and hip hop music, where he felt attracted by the broken beats and the way the mixing was done with scratch, improvisation and performances.

Currently the artist is dedicated to productions of original tracks reflecting over than 20 years of passion for acid, deep and tech-house, as well as re-edits of disco, funk, soul and old school electronic music.

On his third appearance on Discobox, Funk4Mass delivers a solid 5-track EP that is truly a musical voyage. From the old-school house and acid vibes to new interpretations of italo and electro, his production skills and influences are superbly well rounded on a high quality package that will please DJs from deep to tech.

House music and nu disco producer. With an extensive background of over ten years DJing in hundreds of clubs and parties over the country, my music is based on house music but never limited to it.

Main influences includes organic sounds of the original disco and funk music as well the synthetic flavour of tech-house and nu disco sounds. My goal is to keep one foot in the past and another in the future, creating new textures inspired by the classic house music and disco sounds.
