Cyre has performed hundreds of nights and events in the last 20 years and he knew he wanted to become a DJ at an early age. His first event experience was at NAID'96 (North American International Demoparty) where he had the chance to play out his first vinyl record purchases. I was involved in the demoparty/tracking scene back then but only got back into Chiptune recently. Thanks to the people behind the Toy Company events in Montreal, QC, Canada who renewed my interest towards this.

I started playing out Drum &amp; Bass in 2000 but was mostly getting booked for UK Hardcore and Freeform the next few years. It went really big in Quebec and I was the first DJ to promote that style. I played alongside DJs such as Scott Brown, Kevin Energy, Sharkey, Uplift, Sc@r, Anabolic Frolic, Sunrize, Virus, Luna-C (*busted!*), Alek Száhala, Twisted Freq and Tyrant.

Also, I started the Syndroma Collective with the help of my best mates.&nbsp; We organized successful events like 'Thinner' and 'Thinner Again'. Each week, we were on air together sharing new musical discoveries for our Interférence radio show.

I then began to promote my own Drum &amp; Bass events in Quebec City with the help of Dez_One. I got residencies at Kashmir, Sònar and Fixion. We did a new radio show together called Datagramme, which had the mission to promote sounds of the UK including D&amp;B, Old Skool, Breakbeat Hardcore and Freeform.

In 2007, I moved to Montreal and did not get the chance to promote myself as a DJ until now. As today, I am involved into electronic music full time and more than ready to share my passion on dancefloors. My goal is to improve my production skills during the year 2010.

My music selections are currently inspired by artists such as AC Slater, Udachi, Fake Blood, Trouble &amp; Bass Recordings and Turbo Recordings. I look forward pushing the new sub-genres that developed from the Hardcore era. Being in Montreal is really inspiring for me.

Coming from Tägerwilen, Switzerland, Phill Turner has been an active Drum & Bass DJ since 2021. His love for the genre sparked in 2011, and ever since, he has been fascinated by its endless diversity. Whether it’s emotional Liquid, rolling Deep DnB, high-energy Dancefloor anthems, or hard-hitting Bangers – Phill thrives on blending different styles and energy levels into his sets. He’s especially known for his BEST OF mixtapes, which he performs live in his "Turning Point" studio for his closest supporters.

In 2024, Phill took his passion to live audiences, playing in clubs across Switzerland, including St. Gallen, Zurich, and Schaffhausen. As of 2025, he’s a proud member of "Local Bass Movement," a DJ crew dedicated to pushing bass music culture in Eastern Switzerland.
