DJ & producer Dan Thompson is with out doubt one of the most exciting British names to emerge onto the international DJ circuit!

In the years since he broke into the global music scene, Dan has accomplished incredible success with a barrage of original, remixed and collaborative music on some of the worlds most prestigious and influential trance labels including; A State Of Trance, Future Sound Of Egypt, Magik Muzik, Flashover Recordings & Coldharbour Recordings, and is highly regarded as ‘one to watch’ for 2020 by some of the leading names in the industry.

Dan's first original release of 2020 is a collaborative vocal project with the Grammy nominated singer and songwriter JES, and is the first of many releases on the horizon!

With his international fanbase soaring, streaming statistics and chart presence at an all time high, the future is very bright for this undeniable talent!

This story didn't start 2000 years ago, but in 2017 as a moniker of Chris Blackburn on the beloved Groove Cruise - the largest and most spectacular festival to hit the Seven Seas. His love of Trance music along with his seeming likeness of Jesus Christ has brought love and admonition.
From the multiple appearances on the biggest festival on the Seven Seas, Groove Cruise, his home in Minneapolis, he’s been seen in the crowds at the biggest Trance event in North America - Insomniac's Dreamstate - as well as in clubs from Coast 2 Coast playing in Florida to California. His joy is connecting with people in the Trance family and bringing excitement for the genre.
During the COVID lockdown, he continued to share the good news of Trance across the internet on Twitch with the Church of Trance, celebrating the 100th stream and over 400 hours on 7/14/21. With Trance being a passion for over 25+ years, 20+ of those years club going, it has translated to 6+ years both on the lineup alongside some of Trance biggest names has grown to work behind the scenes to produce events  at Coast 2 Coast Music.
Nonetheless, when the heavenly job in Trance doesn’t keep him busy, he spends his days in his earthly job as a #Microsoft365 expert as well as the father of 3 boys and married to the love of his life for over 25 years.
