Vlad was born on the island of Haiti. From the very young age of 3, his love of music started to shine through. His mother recalls him dancing for hours in front of the radio until he fell asleep.

At age 5, he discovered the piano, which became his instrument of choice throughout the years. Vlad also enjoys singing and playing a few chords on the guitar. Today, Vlad lives on a farm in Rhode Island with his wife Mary, brother Rudolf and their herd of cows, goats, and chickens, all led by their pup Logan.

Vlad is a versatile Music Producer, DJ, Singer and Songwriter who can deliver a variety of music styles, with a Caribbean flair. If you're looking for an energetic producer who is passionate about music, look no further!

TOXIC est un groupe de Kompa formé à Miami en 2005. Il performe pour la première fois le 21 octobre 2005 au Millénium Ballroom à Miami. L'aventure commence et de-là, le groupe réalise de nombreux concerts privés et publics en Floride. En 2008, plusieurs des membres actifs rentrent au bercail et s’établissent définitivement en Haïti. Sans tarder, Toxic poursuit son rêve et offre un jeudi récurrent incontournable au bar Muncheez. Concerts intimes, bals et festivals se suivent et Toxic partage la scène avec des groupes influents du milieu comme T-Vice, Carimi, Kreyol la, Krezi, Nu Look, Mikaben.

Après plusieurs années d'adaptation musicale, de découverte et de façonnage, le groupe sort en 2008 un single explosif intitulé « Histoire cachée ». Cet opus à succès propulsera instantanément la formation sur la scène musicale haïtienne, particulièrement pour son vidéoclip très apprécié du public. S'ensuit logiquement leur premier album au titre aguicheur de « Pwazon Dous » qui sortira en décembre 2010. Sur cet album, on retrouve une fusion rythmique timide de R&B, de pop et de soul. Sa trame musicale envoutante offre un kompa nouvelle génération aux saveurs douces, mélodiques et contemporaines. D'autres morceaux confirmeront les critiques unanimement favorables à l'égard de l'album tel que « Deja kondane », « Manmi Koute », « Femme de mes rêves ». 

Aujourd'hui, Toxic aspire à raffiner et renforcer son style musical où le soul, le Pop, et le R & B entrent en fusion avec le Kompa maintenant sa place dominante. Ce métissage aux influences diverses propose un son plus coloré et organique. Le groupe évolue en Haïti présentement multipliant ses prestations.
