Jeffrey “Jay Lavita” Tabron- born July 15th 1990 in Chester PA, is a Singer song writer labeled early on as diamond in the rough / musical prodigy. At the ripe age of 11 his family already knew he had the gift to be something special. “Soon as I did my first school show in the 6th grade, I never looked back; music was all I wanted to do for the rest of my life” claims Jay. 
 Jay Lavita has been engulfed in music his entire life. Growing up, his parents played a major role in Jay’s love for music by emphasizing hard work and expressing himself through song. Every Christmas morning the family had a holiday ritual, which consisted of Jay Lavita and his 5 siblings performing before they could open their presents. This bonding experience and genuine love of performing helped mold Jay Lavita into the vibrant entertainer he is today.
Shortly after Jay Lavita moved to Newark Delaware and started honing his craft by recording himself with a microphone and a computer. Jay Lavita spent countless nights teaching himself the techniques and intricate details of recording, mixing and mastering.  
 Upon entering high school, Jay Lavita’s talents had developed to a level in which he was offered a production and recording contract by various record labels such as Cashmire Records, and Multi- Entertainment.  Unfortunately, Jay Lavita fell victim to this violate industry and decided to embark on his journey as an Independent Artist. 
Jay Learned quickly that working for himself had its benefits, He immediately began booking shows sharing the stage with the likes of Curtis Blow, Flo-Rida and performing at the Apollo.  

His note- worthy Stage performances lead him to work with Grammy awarding winning engineer Ariel Borujow on his first single “Put you on” Feat Bad Boy Entertainments Fred The Godson, and his follow up single Foreign Featuring Rock Nation’s Manolo Rose which debuted #1 on the Independent charts.

	•	“Naked” – collaboration Produced by Blaq Tuxedo who was Grammy Nominated for their work on the TGT (Tank, Tyrese, and Ginuwine) Album. 2016
	•	“High”- Artist, Friday Sydell produced by K.E. on the track best known for his work on “You the Boss” by Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj and “All the Way Turned Up” by Roscoe Dash Feat Soulja Boy 2014
	•	“More”- Artist, Mylezia produced by the Dezperawdos best known for their work with Grammy Awarding Winning Group Dru-Hill
