"This music is Faux Real." ™

Copy Correct, aka Jeffrey Tice started composing music at the tender age of 9, on his family's piano and fell in love with making music. After getting his first synthesizer, Jeffrey discovered that he could do more with electronic instrumentation than with acoustic music, thus began his foray into electronic sounds. His early influences in music include artists like Erasure, Depeche Mode, Book of Love, Pet Shop Boys, and other New Wave synthpop artist, as well as Acid House, New Beat, and Punk Rock. While in high school, his best friend introduced him to DJ culture and underground dance music & showed him the basics of mixing records. After attending some of the first raves being thrown in and around Central Texas, Jeffrey became involved in Austin, Texas' early Rave and DJ community, and began spinning at house parties, warehouse gatherings, and at the seminal club Proteus. He is one of Austin, Texas' DJ culture pioneers!

Jeffrey Tice began producing original tracks early in his DJ career, often producing a track and playing it during one of his sets to wide acclaim. He has a great appreciation and understanding of electronic music, and DJing helps focus his production efforts.

Now residing in San Francisco, Jeffrey is a graduate of Pyramind, a music school that focuses on music production, theory & business. It was there that he began experimenting with mashups. Because after all, combining music with different sounds, textures, and genre is what a DJ does, and created his persona, Copy Correct.

With the slogan "This music is Faux Real." Copy Correct takes classic synthpop, electro pop, disco, early eighties jams, and whatever his heart desires and mashes them up to bring them into the now, redefining them for the modern listener, music fan, and dance floor. As Copy Correct, he elevates the art form of mashups; he challenges the common assumption that Mashups aren't real music...that they take no talent to create, won't last and that they're 'too easy'. He says that when hearing those things, he couldn't be happier, as a mashup artist because, "Afterall, they said the same thing about Jazz, Rock n' Roll, Heavy Metal, Punk, Disco, Hip-Hop & Electronic Music and we all know how that went."

In 2009 Cat Beach headed to Los Angeles to record her first album. She teamed up with some of music industry’s finest top musicians: Lee Sklar, Dean Parks, Herman Matthews and Ned Albright. Together they created true art, a beautiful moving and tremendously honest album called “Love Me Out Loud.” The spirit of the album has been described as “warm and strong.” Her lyrics carry a personal message of her “struggles and her surrender.”And like any true great artist, her music evokes a classic soulfulness that transcends genre and generation.

In 2010, Cat moved from Miami to Nashville to expand her Country/Blues music career. From the moment she touched down in Nashville, Cat teamed up with some amazing local musicians to continue honing her style. She began her journey hosting a live Indie Music show and performing at various Nashville venues such as BB Kings, 3rd & Lindsley, Cannery Ballroom, 12th and Porter and Marathon Music Works. She also spread her wings performing at Music Festivals across America.

With the help of producers Ned Albright and Dan Hagen, Cat released various new singles in 2015/16. Her single "Soulshine Pizza" launched her into the spotlight where she gained the IMEA Blues Artist of the Year award in 2016. Her new EP released, for the seminar series "Music 'n Motion", containing 3 action packed songs, has taken the world by storm. Award winning Line-dance choreographers, Rob Fowler and Darren Bailey used these, dancing across Europe, Asia and Australia. She is currently working on a new album to be released in 2018.

This multi talented Artist not only sings up a storm, she also plays a major part in the community by mentoring children – with a passion to share knowledge and help those who would not otherwise have the opportunity. Cat has also spend the latter part of 15 years, coaching men and women to find the best version of themselves, both in weight-loss, strength training and life coaching. She can often be heard saying – “It can be done …. Build your body… don’t break it down!”

It has been her life’s work to help people transition and go through changes knowing that they are not alone. She has been a voice of inspiration through the honesty in her own journey – coaching, music and motivational speaking.
