It feels so surreal, as painfully cliche as that sounds. The “this is a bad dream” phase has slowly weaned off and now it’s just a gloominess that I’m surrounded in. An ocean of gloom, where each beacon of hope fizzles out faster than the last. Everybody is desperately trying to be happy.

Theres Something About The Cold

You are an unmanned space rocket, commissioned to explore the outer depths of space, set on a mission to discover, find new planets, send data back to base, so they can understand what is out there, but somehow, someway, you’ve lost your course. You’ve entered uncharted territory, forgotten your purpose, as you float through this empty space, unaware, but unbothered as to where you’re going, or you’re coming from. Stuck in a paradox, where you want to let go totally and drift forever, let the darkness swallow you whole, and stop the pain, stop the hurt of wanting to let go, but at the same time, still wanting to hold on, still trying to regain your course. Trying to hold on because you are afraid of realising everything you have lost.

Life has become space.
