Moonbeam Digital is proud to present its next release with US artist Darin Epsilon, who has previously worked with labels such as Renaissance, Sudbeat, Hope Recordings, and Armada. His collaboration with Chris Sevier aka Ghost WARS titled 'All That Could've Been' is a melancholy vocal tune filled with raw feelings and emotions. Chris got in touch after a friend's recommendation and upon reading VIBE Magazine, which named Darin as one of their 30 DJs To Watch In 2014. For the remixes, they enlisted the help of acclaimed producers Matt Lange and Andre Sobota.

Canadian label veteran Harold-Alexis is back with a brand new 6-track EP, entitled "Shadows."

In "Dreams," we witness a stunning soundscape, including mesmerizing melodies, refreshing sound effects, and frisky breakbeats. Breathtaking piano lines introduce "Bitter," which are later accompanied by an astounding and memorable theme lead. "Time" features frisky percussion layers, captivating synth lines, and intriguing sound effects. Lush guitar riffs are at play in "Flaneur," which go remarkably well with the mellifluous background melodies and delicious beats. In "Shaolin Sessions," we are met with a hypnotizing theme lead, fascinating pad layers, and dazzling vocal effects. Marking our 60th release here on Emergent Shores, we are truly proud to finally bring you the fully remixed 'Visions LP' from stand out Emergent Music veteran Andrew Lang.

Having been a true name stay at Emergent Music, as well as our lead audio engineer for our 3 imprints, we were more than honored to showcase Andrew's masterful collection of original productions last year here at Emergent Shores. Now, we are equally as excited to bring you that same album, this time remixed by 10 standout Emergent Artists which includes the likes of: South Pole, Sedi, Roman Prus, Makaseo, Lesh, Jettan, Ryan Z, Jeef B, Zuubi and Cairn, all of which delivered some truly stand-out remixes that brought a whole plethora of variation to an already varied album to begin with.

As he continues to explore previously unfamiliar sonic terrain with each new release, virtuosic artist Vintage & Morelli presents the groundbreaking two-track EP "Beyond The Horizon." These two visionary and poignant cuts defy the four-on-the-floor precedent of most of V&M's previous offerings. 

"Beyond The Horizon" is a rare drum & bass number from the Serbian phenom. In spite of the atypical choice of genre, keen listeners will detect Vintage & Morelli's compositional presence throughout this record, perhaps due to the extraordinarily layered approach to both groove and melody (if not the profound emotional resonance of the tune from start to finish). Moreover, plenty of V&M signatures find their way into the arrangement, from affecting world music-influenced vocal accents to stirring piano and guitar motifs. The main breakdown showcases all of the above; it proves to be an awe-inspiring climax to an all-around stellar tune.

A tranquil counterpoint to the title cut on the release, the contemplative B-side "Autumn" evokes a rainy late-night countryside retreat in its opening minutes, as soothing pads and gentle bell-tinged melodies begin to envelop the listener. At the quarter turn, a hypnotic broken-beat rhythm adds a bit of groove to this downtempo lullaby, while a relaxing lead piano theme and a few faint background arpeggios enhance the placid aura of the tune. The chilled orchestration continues onward for the remainder of the song and thereby patiently allows the listener to slip into a meditative state.

Sound Quelle, one of the most prolific and decorated contributors to our label, treats us to "Iridescent," his transcendent debut artist album. An artist whose compositional gifts traverse the electronic dance music spectrum, he is perhaps best known for his trance & progressive works, thanks to consistent radio support from Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond in recent years. Yet, on our label, the Russian phenom has carved his niche exploring deeper sonic terrain, and it is from that wellspring that his new "Iridescent" LP has blossomed. 

Consisting of a dozen mesmerizing tunes, the album evinces a strong world music influence, as the various deep and progressive-flavored cuts are imbued with hints of the exotic, including the frequent use of quasi-ethnic motifs. The album also showcases two new collaborations with Canadian singer-songwriter and recent muse Brandon Mignacca, whose achingly beautiful vocal stylings perfectly complement Sound Quelle's poignant instrumental themes. Sound Quelle's penchant for the cinematic can be experienced vis-à-vis the album's opening and concluding cuts, which again demonstrate his remarkable range.

Thus, it is our enormous honor to present "Iridescent," a full listen of which leaves the listener with a palpable sense of spiritual awe.

Internationally acclaimed DJ, producer, radio host, and label owner Darin Epsilon is often referred to as a pioneer of Melodic House & Techno and Progressive House.  His Perspectives radio show and podcast reaches tens of thousands of listeners every month.  He launched his Perspectives Digital record label in November 2010 as an extension of the brand, further solidifying his influence and presence within the global dance community. In 2016 he was nominated for ‘Best Progressive House Artist’ in the annual Beatport Awards, and in 2011, John Digweed named him one of the winners in his DJ Competition sponsored by Bedrock and Ableton Live.  He also became the first artist ever to release a tutorial for producing Progressive House after teaming up with SonicAcademy.com
