Following on from “You Would / Mad Dog”, their impressive debut Anjunadeep release, emerging Italian producers Thomas Schwartz & Fausto Fanizza return to the label with a three track EP, showcasing their masterful melodic touch.

A much sought after track ID from a recent James Grant mix, A-side “Kirk” is a prime example of Thomas and Fausto’s deep, brooding sound. Warm bass is intertwined with stuttering vocal snippets and subtle rising melodies in this gorgeous slow burner.

“This World” sees Schwarz and Fanizza delve deeper still. Pulsating low end builds towards a mesmeric breakdown, full of cascading chimes, atmospheric textures and ethereal vocals. Harking back to the classic Anjunadeep styles of Michael Cassette and Paul Keeley, whilst harnessing the modern label sound, it was an instant favourite at Anjuna HQ.

Showcasing a tougher edge to their repertoire, “Tomahawk” is packed with dark, moody bass notes and pitched down vocal cuts to create a proper peak-time roller. Their trademark melodic touch comes to the fore in another memorable finale.

Marking our 60th release here on Emergent Shores, we are truly proud to finally bring you the fully remixed 'Visions LP' from stand out Emergent Music veteran Andrew Lang.

Having been a true name stay at Emergent Music, as well as our lead audio engineer for our 3 imprints, we were more than honored to showcase Andrew's masterful collection of original productions last year here at Emergent Shores. Now, we are equally as excited to bring you that same album, this time remixed by 10 standout Emergent Artists which includes the likes of: South Pole, Sedi, Roman Prus, Makaseo, Lesh, Jettan, Ryan Z, Jeef B, Zuubi and Cairn, all of which delivered some truly stand-out remixes that brought a whole plethora of variation to an already varied album to begin with.

Rising Russian sensation Not Now Please made a truly extraordinary debut on our imprint several months ago, with a standout remix of Aftruu's "7802." With a special talent for composing, sophisticated, deep, and atmospheric progressive and trance, Illias does not disappoint with this year's contribution, "Evolution." The tune begins with a deep bassline, chunky groove, and pensive, after-hours melodic texture. We are soon met by a hypnotic, celestially-inspired lead. Perhaps our "evolution" can only lead us beyond the confines of Earth? Adding to the brooding, contemplative atmosphere are heavily processed, breath-like female vocal stabs, which extend deep into each "phrase" of the song. In the main break, the "abduction" moment occurs, as the alien-like vox stabs and funky pad and synth effects transport the listener to a distant planet.
