Internationally acclaimed DJ, producer, radio host, and label owner Darin Epsilon is often referred to as a pioneer of Melodic House & Techno and Progressive House. His Perspectives radio show and podcast reaches tens of thousands of listeners every month. 

He launched his Perspectives Digital record label in November 2010 as an extension of the brand, further solidifying his influence and presence within the global dance community. In 2016 he was nominated for 'Best Progressive House Artist' in the annual Beatport Awards, and in 2011, John Digweed named him one of the winners in his "Structures Two" DJ Competition sponsored by Bedrock and Ableton Live. Juan Deminicis is a talented young producer from Buenos Aires and a rising star in the Progressive House scene.  Since beginning his music career in 2005, he has earned praise from major international DJ's and signed with top-tier labels such as Global Underground, Armada, Flow Vinyl, and Baroque.  He reached a breakthrough in 2010 winning 1st place in Cid Inc's 'Filaments' remix contest.

Juan immediately caught our attention with his latest EP.  The title track Four Dimensions is a beautifully written piece with a mellow energy more suited for the beginning of a DJ set.  Flashbacks, on the other hand, is a full-on club track with the simple intent of satisfying everyone on the dancefloor.  Juan's musicality combined with his perfect understanding of what works for the dancefloor make this an absolute essential for all occasions.

Global Underground artist Eelke Kleijn is featured with a remix of Dave Shtorn's Magic Moments. The Dutchman's remix captures the listener with its brilliant soundscapes and takes you on a journey to the depths. The remix of Ian O'Donovan by legendary Japanese producer Satoshi Fumi is reminiscent of early Detroit House in a more modern outfit. Deepfunk's remix of Metamorph is a dark, but driving cut and features a Moroder type bassline cutting through an array of trippy sounds. Darin furthermore delivers with a brand new original track under his Eventide alias titled Goodbye World exclusive to this compilation. Finally, the compilation comes to a nice close with another great take on Metamorph by Luis Junior who transforms the original bassline in a captivating lead sound. This remix received heavy plays from Sasha and Dave Seaman. Much like his DJ sets, Darin's compilation follows a natural flow and continuous arc in energy and intensity. Artists that contributed to Darin's compilation came from all over the world: Russia, Spain, Canada, Poland, Holland, Argentina, Ireland, Japan, the UK, and more. This international setup translates into the varied, yet consistent feel of the compilation. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!  The last Perspectives of 2018 features new music by Pig & Dan, Sasha, Olivier Giacomotto, Bebetta, and more.  As a bonus, you'll hear my live recording from Getaria in the 2nd half of the show.  It was my first time performing in Spain and the crowd was absolutely one of the best I've had this entire year!  Many thanks to the entire Spectrum Nights crew for a truly memorable evening.

In the last twelve months I got to perform in over 15 countries so I'm truly grateful for everyone's support throughout the year.  Enjoy the holidays and hopefully you'll have these sets on repeat as we head into 2019 : )

Darin Epsilon is a globally renowned DJ, producer, radio host, and label owner, widely celebrated as one of the pioneers of Melodic House & Techno and Progressive House. As the host of the Perspectives radio show and podcast, he has reached tens of thousands of listeners each month, solidifying his influence within the global dance music community. Since launching his label Perspectives Digital in 2010, Darin has continually expanded his artistic reach, further establishing himself as a key figure in the electronic music scene.

Originally from Chicago, Darin’s early career was shaped by his pivotal residency at the legendary Vision Nightclub. This was followed by his move to Los Angeles in 2008, where he worked with renowned brands such as Insomniac at Exchange LA, GIANT at Avalon and Vanguard, and Monday Night Social. His journey continued in 2017 when he relocated to Berlin, the world’s electronic music capital. By 2022, he further cemented his position on the global stage with a highly coveted DJ residency at Ritter Butzke, one of Berlin’s most beloved venues. 

Darin's career milestones are a testament to his pure talent and determination. In 2011, he gained international recognition by winning John Digweed’s 'Structures Two' DJ Competition, sponsored by Bedrock and Ableton Live, and in 2016, he was nominated for 'Best Progressive House Artist’ at the Beatport Awards. He also became the first artist ever to release a Progressive House production tutorial after teaming up with SonicAcademy.com, further demonstrating his expertise and commitment to music education.

Throughout his lengthy career, Darin has released on the industry's most recognized labels such as (in alphabetical order) Einmusika, Katermukke, Renaissance, Ritter Butzke Records, Selador, Siona Records, Sudbeat, and Warung Recordings. His tracks have consistently charted in Beatport's Top 10, and he has garnered widespread acclaim working alongside top-tier artists such as DJ CHUS, Fur Coat, Jerome Isma-Ae, Hernan Cattaneo, Miss Monique, Quivver, Robert Babicz, Sasha Carassi, Sebastien Leger, Sydney Blu, among countless others.

His ability to connect with audiences is unparalleled, and his relentless touring schedule has taken him from the world’s most prestigious venues—Ministry of Sound and EGG (London), Avalon and Exchange (Los Angeles), Stereo (Montreal), The Bow (Buenos Aires)—to the most popular festivals such as Amsterdam Dance Event, Burning Man, Ultra Music Festival, BPM Festival, South By Southwest (SXSW), and Berlin Dance Music Event.

However, it would be foolish to say that his achievements have been purely confined to the club setting.
