Lo-fi Type Beat - 1994

Metallica's Fade To Black is one of my favorite songs ever.

Even if I'm a metalhead, I also play piano and stuff... so I decided to make a new cover of this wonderful song, all made with piano, violins and the voice of my wife Thule.

The only thing I didn't play is the drum track: it's a drum track from Youtube.

In this song I wrote and played all the piano tracks, trying to replicate the same structure of the original song, so: one left piano, one right piano, a bass piano, a lead solo piano etc.

I recorded, produced, mixed and mastered the song in my home studio.
