You’re feeling flatter than ever, you keep seeing the same view
there’s no need to forgive you for what you can’t see or don’t do
it’s a simple thing, you get stained, you’re not as bright as you---
---would like to stand on your own legs without falling right over;
scotch tape on your shoulders for when you can’t keep your head on

It’s a simple fact you’re un-exact - you’re not as well constructed as you’d have.
It’s a drastic pain if you believe those things, that you’re shorted one dimension and plain

When you’re stuck between pages you think that no one will find you,

with just a turn of a page you blow away, you’re not at all impressed with how you weigh.

If you could only see the galaxy - the universe under your tape and glue

- feeding the seas with ink stained eyes - hole punched hearts and stapled down cries

never a doll just made into chains, you’re free to sail to sulk it or scream - 
an army of glue guns and their kinks won’t stamp you down - you’ll fall
you’ll fall,  fall to peace - they’ll cut you to ribbons you’ll fall into pieces of sleep

It’s the actions of our hands as they chatter. 
Quite pitiful noises. 
Quite marvelous too.

The birds may pick out your eyes if you cry those tears.
You better watch yourself out here if you show those fears.

These little woodland creatures with such BIG hungry mouths.
They’ll eat out your heart, those little kings -
keep their chins so neat and clean when they 
carve you with their little forks and knives.

Don’t you know it only takes a word or few 
to take everything you love
away from you?

As you ease em down your fingers you can see through the walls,
and taste the color of the paint, or shrink to one inch tall;
all the words coming out of peoples mouth you see fly off like bats,
and you can move like on the moon, twenty meters in a swoop, and
you catch glimpses of the future like the shadows of the moths in the streetlights,
and sometimes you hear a great hum of all the gears that wind the suns...
..and they’ve got wonky little lizards and stars that look like feathers,
and they even go together with your fuzzy bunny sweater -

Secret power mittens. soft as glowy kittens, 
and in the bones of winter they keep your hands so warm.

They can hypnotize anyone, put the spirals in their eyeballs
Or hold them close together: control the leaves and wooly weather.
They feel like living breathing static - amplified muff, high gain fluff;
but if you keep em on a little too much, you might pick up a habit;
these people hooked on knitted magic,
with a plush in every pocket out to fight the doom   (of us all)
sad yarns hoarded in the shade of their rooms;
freezing howling things. Frayed ruins;
cause in the bones of winter they couldn’t keep their hands warm.

Warbling sea harbored melodies - rhythmic tintinnabulary cabalettas inside soft baked fairy tale threnodies - lilting moontouched theramins and/or psychic lithographs of balloons, barns, and braided banana leaves - sleeping during dogwatch in the crosstrees by the languid moans of threadbare weatherboards - gritty euphonic lo-fi transmissions from long dead moon farms - invocations from antique radios short circuiting in cool spring rain.

This is for the anchors which bind the sugar to the orange.
For summoning unseasonal titans to storm the calamity of drab hours, out of ether,
the cloud throned dumplings who give suck to fat breasted delight and unabashed waking -
the blimpy sprites who gratify each naked fig by imbibing their mistaken turns
into the cotton headed sighs of unloved mouse trap music. 



My work has been featured on various Netlabels, film experiments, and worldwide radio shows, including BBC6's "Introducing".
