Fairground of Tears is an artistic concept run by Piotr Sledzinski. A concept that is categorised by the darker, industrial and more energetic tones of the techno genre.
Piotr has experimented with electronic music of all colours partly through his former alias and alternative electronica project Ne Plus Ultra along with an involvement in the Passive Front Records imprint. This wide ranging experience and hunt for expression ultimately leads itself to the Fairground of Tears concept and EXILED event series. The latter playing host to Melania, Operant, Violet Poison, Codex Empire, Domenico Crisci, Years of Denial to name a few and establishing itself as a premier and forward thinking events series. In that very same vein his own sets and productions are not bound by any specific style. Consequently an eclectic mixture of dense industrial textures and techno atmospheres as well electronic body music can be expected in his mixes.

SARIN is a Berlin based audio/visual and electronic music performance project with over a dozen releases over the last few years spanning vinyl, cassette & digital formats. 

These releases have been put out by labels such as Aufnahme + Wiedergabe, BITE,  B.F.E, Khemia, and his own X-IMG platform among others. 

His sound can be described as a blend of abrasive drum programming paired with minimal and catchy bass lines layered with dystopian cut-up style sampling of media detritus and the occasional vocal elements. Combined with his visual aesthetics of appropriation & degradation the project summons spirits of 80s industrial sounds & culture from which he draws much of his inspiration from and channels them into a syncopated dance of destruction.

SIKINOX - originally from Northern Greece, has been passionate about electronic music since a young age, exploring its roots in various genres and nationalities, and has been actively working as a DJ for about 10 years. In fact, in 2021, he began producing his own sets as a resident DJ at OSM Tapes. His sound combines dark vocals with metallic elements and takes inspiration from EBM, Darkwave and Synth-punk. Mixing rhythmic noise with the rough breakdrops of the industrial techno scene, he creates a ferocious and highly energetic atmosphere in his performances.
