Ancient Methods was born from the union of Conrad Protzmann and Michael Wollenhaupt, two Germans dedicated to produce techno without any kind of complexes who also sign their solo works as Baeks and Trias. Eventually, and after the departure of Wollenhaupt, Protzmann decides to stay with the solo project.

His career, based on the release of several EPs, most of them on his own label of the same name, begins to atomize with collaborations on other publishing platforms such as Sonic Groove, RSB, Fondation Sonore, aufnahme + wiedergabe or Hands Productions.

The multi-talented artist has been showing her skills both as a writer and curator for The Brvtalist platform and as a standout resident of Brvtalist parties. On top of that she’s had big mixes for Rinse, Khidi and Voxnox to new classic sets at HÖR for Aufnahme + Wiedergabe, The Hiddens and The Brvtalist, she’s proven time and time again, she’s only getting stronger.

Crystal Geometry is the latest project from underground electronic music veteran, Maxime Fabre. Inspired by Post-Punk, Black Metal and Industrial, the French producer and live artist has returned to his roots, a crossover between the warehouse rave scene of the 90’s and industrial music, mixing EBM influences with hardcore Techno.
Centered around an ever-growing modular system, the project is based upon live improvisation with dedicated hardware, relentless hard beats and haunting soundscapes. Recognition of the project’s output has continued to penetrate the underground circuit, with a growing catalogue of high-impact productions, released across a number of labels; SARIN’s, X-IMG, Parisian imprint RND. Records, Spain’s Darkwave synth driven, Oraculo Records, Marseille-based Caisson Gauche and a debut album on Berlin-based Noise and Industrial label, AREA Z.
