Breath is the key to ultimate emancipation.

During our inhalation, we are inviting Prana to come in.

According to Iyengar, the individual self must then move out of the way in order to make room for the soul.

Iyengar believes that through this process, we are able to generate energy, expansion, and awareness within.

Pranayama begins with observation.

After several minutes, you will notice that your breath has become slower and slightly deeper, because you have relaxed. As you breathe normally, notice where you feel the breath in your body. 

Does your abdomen move with each breath? Do you feel your ribs move when you inhale and exhale? 

At the end of a normal exhalation, pause for a second or two before taking your next inhalation. It should be soft and smooth. If you feel tense, or are gasping for air, your pause was too long.
 
Add a slight retention at the end of the exhalation several times. Then try taking a slightly deeper inhalation. 

To initiate the breath, move your ribs outward to the side. Instead of forcing the breath in, move the ribs to allow it in.

When you have taken that slightly deeper breath, pause for a second before you slowly and smoothly exhale.

Tsubi is a long-time returning guest of Kolorado and one of the host of the RadiOzora night, happening every year on Friday night on Csodaszarvas stage. In this special selection he attempted to summarise everything that you can ear-witness on these musically eclectic nights, building from slower, deeper tracks to peak-time bangers, with some electro, dub, acid, tribal, new-beat, techno, trance and goa.

Demogloban is a DJ from Ljubljana, currently living in Maribor. He made his first contact with psychedelic electronic music in 2011 and immediately fell in love, year later he decided he'll start mixing it.

For few years he was performing as Bor Mašina and was part of SektorSelektor collective, now he appears as Demogloban and is part of Chagga Records, for whom he also compiled a VA in 2022.

When it comes to faster genres he is mainly into forest and darkpsy, but mainly plays psychedelic minimal, techno and psygressive.

He most enjoys breaking boundaries between genres, the main part for him is psychedelic component of music.

Cubixx was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, and was deeply influenced by the growing electronic music boom that emerged after the wall broke down. He began DJing in 1993.

His DJ name at that time was Cubic and he performed all over Germany with the new Techno sounds until he switched to Psytrance returning in 2001 under a new alias: Cubixx.

In 2005 Iono Music was born in an attempt to bring a fresh, innovative and creative new label.

The oldest Goa Trance festival in Germany organized by the firmly cohesive and motivated party crew since 1993!

That's over a quarter of a century! The 26th edition of this mega festival will take place from 25th till 28th of June, 2021. The location for this 'mother of Psytrance parties' is the Otto Lilienthal airfield near Berlin, where mankind's first historical attempts to fly were made.

After a year off, the Antaris crew is the more looking forward to seeing you on the dance floor again!
